HAEMOPOIESIS
Tuesday, 3 October 2017
HYE AND ASSALAMUALAIKUM W.B.T 😊Let us discover together.. Kajaaaaa 🙌
First, our blood cells are produced by the process of HAEMOPOIESIS or also known as HAEMATOPOIESIS. What is that 😵 💣💆??
Relax guys. Haemopoiesis or haematopoiesis is the process of blood cell formation, differentiation and also development of blood cells . It happened in our red bone marrow 🍗. Before your were born 👶, the production of blood cells first occured in the yolk sac and later it continues in the liver 💖, spleen , thymus and also lymph nodes.
STRUCTURE OF BONE WITH BONE MARROW |
- Erythropoeisis ( red blood cell production )
- Leukopoiesis ( white blood cell production )
- Granulopoiesis ( granulocytes production )
- Monopoiesis ( monocytes production )
- Thrombopoiesis ( thrombocytes production )
3.THROMBOPOIESIS 💙
BUT!!!! ✋
If your bone marrow is no longer functions or damaged 🚫, the blood cells production will take place in other sites. Such sites are, liver and spleen. This is known as EXTRAMEDULLARY HAEMOPOIESIS 👀.
YEAY!! 👏 Finally we know how our blood cells are produced in our body 👪...
There are a lot of new things that we can learn. So lets go 🚗💨 and learn more 📖 !!!
Stay tune for new knowledge 🙆
